Michigan Brewer’s Guild Winter Beer Festival

So tomorrow is the Michigan Brewer’s Guild Winter Beer Festival, and Brian and I are going.

There is a serious list of breweries who are going to be there.

Particularly exciting are a few things:
Founders’ is bringing a few special things, like Kentucky Breakfast Stout, some Backwoods Bastard, and their new Cerise – a cherry beer, which I tried a while ago at a tasting from a distributor.
I’m excited about HopCat as well.
Kuhnhenn will be there, which is awesome, since they don’t bottle any of their beers.
New Holland is bringing a nice selection as well.
I’m also looking forward to Short’s, who are bringing some stuff that won’t be available in the line of beers they’re bottling (which are due out next week, btw).

In short, Brian and I are both really pumped, and we’ll be showing off some pictures and hopefully some reviews when we’re back.

Ian!
